Recovery from Compound Fractured Leg

Complete recovery , will be running soon. Belief that I have been blessed ( no infection with exposed womb) broke both bones below knee in 5 places. Eleven months since accident. I am a long distance runner (hobby) , 59 years old. Can run now. Belief that my tightness in ankle is going away, not to force it , but let it happen.
