Unending Gratitude List

I am grateful for my wonderful daughter, Ilaria.
I am grateful because I seem to have finally lost my habit to expect the worst.
I am grateful because I finally learned how to express my appreciation to my loved ones.
I am grateful I can smile at others without being too shy anymore.
I am grateful for the books and the opportunity to learn and keep learning.
I am grateful for being born in this period of changes, I can remember times when I was all alone in my room, translating and no one to contact for help. Now, just a click and someone is here and can help, or just say hello.
I am grateful for my computer, the internet and all the stuff that enable to connect so easily with people of different cultures.
I am grateful for my cat, that somehow managed to teach all the family how to show affection and attention.
I am grateful for being born.
I am grateful to be able to go on holiday in beautiful places.
My gratitude list could go on for so long … I am grateful for this too!
